Review by hotel critic
During our corporate retreat at Hotel Grand in Samokov, we experienced a hassle-free environment that truly caters to business travelers. The wi-fi connection was reliable, allowing us to work seamlessly during our stay. The hotel's 24-hour reception made it easy to address any queries or concerns at any time. One standout feature for our team was the spacious rooms which provided comfort for quiet work time. The proximity to local amenities, including supermarkets and a shuttle to Borovets, also made it convenient for quick breaks between meetings. While the hotel offered a restaurant with a decent menu, I noticed room for improvement in the breakfast offerings, particularly with scrambled eggs. The restaurant provided great value otherwise, and we enjoyed the opportunity for in-room breakfasts before our sessions. Hotel Grand is a solid choice for those looking to balance work and leisure.
